The Radison Freehold staff took the time to call us before we arrived to let us know that the hot water and wifi were not working. They moved our reservation to a different nearby hotel and everything was seamless. Staff was very courteous. Hotel itself needs to be updated. Rooms are spacious but walls are very thin and you can hear everything from hallway activity to the adjacent rooms. Could not get hot water in shower.
