"The stay from start to finish was HORRIBLE. The room lacked proper necessities for example toiletries which then took an hour dor room service to replace. We we're locked out of our room due to a lock malfunction. The room was dirty, the hallways dirty and smelled of fried foods. Constant nosie from neighboring rooms, screaming, yelling, and kids running up and down the hallway that lasted till after 1am. I notified the front desk about the noise and they were going to send security to handle it but nobody ever came. We left after 1 night even though we had a reservation for longer. NEVER AGAIN!"

"After Hotels .com messed up changing my reservation, and in turn cancelling it, although still providing a confirmation number and booking id; the Hotel staff helped me out greatly by not charging me extra to book a new room for the nights I needed. All staff ai had an experience with were friendly and as helpful as could be."

"Property could not offer a back to back room to accommodate me with my husband and four children . Had to split of my family into 2 rooms many doors apart . "

"The pool makes you feel as though you’re somewhere tropical. The room was a good size and bath was larger than expected. We had a nice trip."

"Didn’t get greeted properly, it’s smell like pure weed by the entrance, the water of the pool was not clean, and just to go to the pool with the wheelchair we had to go through the kitchen because there was no entrance through the other two door for a wheelchair. "

"Everything was good. We had a very spacious first-floor room with direct access to the pool—amazing for the kids. I gave 4 stars only because my daughter’s swimsuit changed color after about half an hour in the pool. I think there may have been too many chemicals, and she was very disappointed to see her favorite swimsuit end up in the trash. We informed the front desk about this situation for the next guests. Hope you changed the portion of the chemical you’re using for the pool. Thank you for our stay. "
