Right in front of all the action
Boardwalk, restaurants, live shows, concerts, beach bar, Ceasars hotel next door, great and convenient all around 👍went with my son, had a great time
Great location with direct access to the Boardwalk. Casino and hotel staff are both friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it seems to attract a certain crowd from the boardwalk that can make it a little less enjoyable at times

Great boardwalk location. Newly renovated room was nice. Disappointed our room never got cleaned during our two night stay.
Hubby and I went just for the night for our Anniversary. Even though the stay was short the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was ready before time and very clean. Cherry on top the hubby won 5000.00 that night at the casino!!!!
The rooms were clean and the hotel is on the boardwalk, so that's nice. You can walk everywhere. We used Uber for the airport transportation. People were friendly at the hotel. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The bed was super comfy, but the room was dark and didn't have a lot of lighting, other than two little spotlights above the bed's headboard. I think the bathroom needs a bit remodeling, as some areas have visible signs of rust.

I didn’t like that I was unable to cancel one night of my stay, even though I was still within the period I could make modifications to it. The Dennis tower must be one of the old ones because it was not in good condition. I had absolutely no view. The windows were all frosted.
The staff around the hotel was friendly. The food accommodations outside of the venue where our event was held was very convenient.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The View was horribly i felt box in...it was not clean properly the room had humid smells. Also bathroom sick was clog so wayer drained was horrible, shower was didn't had strong pressure..
Only valet and bell staff were nice, cordial and attentive. Front desk manager who was training another agents who happen to check me in didn't even acknowledge me i had to say 3 times Hi and how are you to get they're attention. Didn't host or ask if i had any questions just grab my card check me in move on
For the price i pay. I understand view room is upgrade charge or availability but come on for the poor and horrible conditions i was received i should complaint and made a big deal so sad my family travel to meet with me there i travel to meet with them and i don't expect stars hotel or treatment but definitely more service care.
As first-time guests at Bally's, we didn't realize the major difference in aesthetics between the Bally's Tower and the Dennis Tower. We stayed on the fifth floor of the Dennis Tower, and the room was disappointing. It was outdated, dusty, had visible cobwebs above the sink light fixtures, and featured heavily worn furniture. Additionally, there were no power outlets near the bed to charge our devices. On a positive note, the hotel's common areas were clean and smelled great. Unfortunately, the service did not match. Restaurant and hotel staff often seemed bothered when we asked questions. Breakfast at the café was particularly frustrating; we waited 20 minutes just for coffee in an unbusy room and spent another 15 minutes at the register trying to pay while the hostess ignored us. Because of the poor service and room quality, we likely won't stay here again.

We stayed in Room 753 in Dennis Tower, which was designated as a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the moment we checked in. After we reported it, someone came about an hour later and sprayed the room with an air freshener, but this only masked the odor temporarily. The smell of smoke remained throughout our entire stay.
Our friends in Room 755 also experienced an issue when their refrigerator was not working. A maintenance technician named Phil came and resolved it by plugging the refrigerator into a different electrical outlet. While he was there, we asked him to check the air conditioning in our room (753). He placed his thermometer on the air vent, and despite the thermostat being set to 64°F, the air coming from the vent never measured below 70°F. During the July 4th weekend, when outdoor temperatures were between 90°F and 100°F, the room never became comfortably cool.
We were informed that the property was fully booked, so there was nothing further that could be done. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff and maintenance technician, the persistent smoke odor and inadequate air conditioning significantly affected the comfort of our stay.
