"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"Fuy con mi esposo mis hijos espectacular diría que el mejor😍pero un solo punto que no me gustó y es que el depósito de dinero por la estancia que es reembolsable demora mucho en ser devuelto ala cuenta , eso no me gustó nada yo me hospedé la semana pasada y aún no lo recibo , del resto 10 de 10 ☺️y ojalá hubieran más personal que hablen español 👏"

"The cleaning levels were absolutely horrible! I asked to be moved from the first room because of heavy dust, only to be checked into another room that was even worst than the first. Dirty stained pillows on the bed, hair on wash cloths, thick dust on head board. Stains on the shower floor. Trash from a container in shower. Stains on and inside of the ice bucket container. Stains on top of dresser and floor. I found an ear ring backing in the bed under the sheets. The list goes on. I have photos of all the lack of cleaning."
