Hotel was beautiful. Weather in April there is still cold but we were lucky enough for a nice day. The spa is a must visit, the pool was comfortable and the rooms are perfect.

Our 2 queen room was gorgeous with an amazing view and very clean. Although Atlantic City is geared more towards adult entertainment and gambling, this resort offered a nice variety of restaurants and amenities that were great for teens also.

Ocean is a prime resort on the Atlantic City boardwalk. It is very nice. Only wished it was located more in the middle of the boardwalk like near Caesar’s. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was very clean and the beach view was beautiful and relaxing. 95%of the staff were nice and welcoming. The environment is safe. I enjoyed morning walks on the boardwalk and pass time on the beach. I plan to go again.

Staff was excellent! There was a burst pipe the day of our arrival, but they managed everything very well and it didn’t impact our stay. The restaurants were mostly very good, the cafe and bar in the lobby floor were really good. The beach access was ideal and it was very quiet in terms of night crowds. The Boardwalk Beach Bar and Pool were a great get away from the noisy kids and family at the other pool.

Everything was beautiful the pool needed some cleaning the room had water left in one of the glass cups. I don’t understand why there is a $42 resort fee? Also the need to pay extra for chairs at the beach and extra for cabanas pool should be discontinued

Our stay at Ocean Casino Resort was wonderful. The resort is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time there and would love to come back. The only thing we wish had been better was the customer service at check-in. We weren’t given much information about the rewards program or the amenities available to us. It would have been helpful if someone had taken a few minutes to explain the benefits included with our stay and what the resort has to offer. We noticed many amenities during our visit that we didn’t know about beforehand. Overall, we had a great experience, and with a more informative check-in and better communication about rewards and guest benefits, the experience would have been even better. We look forward to visiting again.
