Our property was very well maintained. Indoor main area was very nice. The stuff was wonderful and inviting. Guestroom could use a little updating, including the bathrooms. The room was clean, except there was dust and some raisins under our bed visible to the eye. The guests next-door to my daughter’s room were extremely loud playing music before the sun was up. That was not great. She also had trouble with her thermostat. We did not report it.

The staff was friendly and the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel was fine. The tv in the bedroom would not connect to cable, I had a Radon test packet taped to the wall that said "Radon test in progress, do not disturb, closed building conditions required" and I was told it was ok as that was an annual test. A coworker in another room did not have this so I feel they should not have put anyone in this room until it was completed. The tv in the living room area welcomed a man for my check in date and I arrived as single occupant female. The next morning I had no hot water and had to take a painfully cold/quick shower after driving 9 hours the day before and another 9 hour drive back ahead of me. Also, I had requested a King Suite and received a King Handicap Accessible Suite. While I know things can happen, I feel for the price I paid for a King Suite it was unacceptable and I hope to hear from someone.

My stay was great, the staff was so friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the parking lot has huge pot holes in several areas and at night it’s not very well lit up so I unfortunately ran into the pot holes.
