Because of flight delays, we arrived in Bangkok much later than planned and needed a quick, smooth check-in, especially as our food-tour guides were already waiting in the lobby. The staff handled everything speedily, cheerfully and efficiently — exactly what we needed after a long journey. Throughout our 13-night stay, the team were consistently warm, friendly and approachable. They greeted us whenever they saw us and always seemed to be available when we needed help. Cleaned room, friendly staff and good location near to underground line for going from A to Z quickly and buses station on a door step away - that’s all you need as tourists

The staff were amazing. Made the stay so easy and was treated really well

Great hotel right next to the MRT and 2 large shopping malls. The rooms were very cleana nd well presented, the pool and gym were also good with sun at the pool from morning until around 12 pm. Staff were all very helpful and i would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in Banglok

Room was clean and the staff were cheery and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was well fitted with latest facilities. USB C, Japanese toilet etc

We stay here when in Bangkok. oriental deluxe double, separate bedroom, so much space for the price. Excellent staff front desk, cleaners and pool area. Very comfortable bed, as good as it gets.

Breakfast was ok but maybe a choice of cereal would be good. Room very nice.

nice clean tidy hotel.7/11 next door soi a bit rough only a short walk to fortune complex & central plaza. they use those plastic coverer mattesses and the fitted sheets wont stay on

Value for money. The room is really big for the price. There is also a nearby convenient store right below to fill your hunger bangs at night. Only thing is if they could give bottled water in plastic instead of glass, because the glass clanging to one another when staff push the trolley of water bottles can be quite noisy in the morning.

Good option if you need to be in this area. Welcoming staff that make your stay good. They even provide wifi extender if the signal is not strong enough in your room. Good water pressure for the shower.

It was my girlfriend who stayed in this hotel. She said it was very clean and she felt very safe. She liked the location but the room wasn't soundproof. She would stay again

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

Excellent
