very nice and gentle kind service, friendly and feel like you at home. all front desk staff and bellboy and dining staff super friendly. cant remember all their name but they are super genuine kind and helpful.

Overall a pretty good stay. Staff was friendly and room was clean & tidy. Fairly good location just 5 mins away from a huge mall and plenty of food options. There's also a 7-11 next to the lobby, but do note it's not open 24hrs. My only complaint would be the breakfast, which was cold and subpar.
