"The property is clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. I have three issues with the property: 1) I had to pay extra to stay in the room until 4 p.m. 2) The bedroom is very small. 3) The location of the property is inconvenient."

"Nice stay"

"It was a relaxing stay, the staff where all so nice and helpful. The area we were staying was very close to a busy street with a lot of place to visit and shop at. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel"

"Spotless rooms, attentive staff."

"A very pleasant stay! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with AC and all the necessary amenities. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely room, spotless, great shower and bedding. Breakfast was really good : less quantity, much more quality – the best food we had in breakfast in Thailand. "Great location staff very nice "

"Fantastic hotel. Will definitely stay there again."

"Very nice accommodations!"

"A well run apartment hotel, with helpful staffs, and well located. The hotel is close by to the elevated metro station from the airport ( the station for the hotel is Victory monument) Nearby is a large shopping center with many’s restaurants - next to it is an excellent evening street food market. Paula, the manager, is exceptionally caring and kind person."

"Nice place a little bit old, good gym, great price, could be loud at night "

"Very spacious room, breakfast was nice and excellent choices "

"Great stay at Pacific Residence 39. The staff was very helpful and it's close to bts (10-15mins walk) "

"Very friendly staff, nice breakfast"

"Pros; The room I rented was actually quite nice as it has a balcony , separate bedroom, separate bathroom (shower - no tub) and separate living room with a nice sofa & tv. There is also kitchen combo with a small dining table. The kitchen had pots pans etc so you could cook your own meal AND there was a high tech washer/dryer combo which I did use. Add to that a full size fridge so it would be more like staying in an apartment then a hotel . The receptionist were all VERY nice and helpful BUT...

"Building not a new but room is clean and good."
