The gentleman Kishan who serves tea is so effulgent with his smile and loving attitude. I must say my favorite person was Birmal Darnal. He was so animated and made me feel so welcome. "I really was impressed with the JW. The rooms were new, beds comfortable, service was great in most areas like the breakfast area and the concierge. Very helpful and smooth business stay. Just the bar was lacking in service. Great place to stay in Kolkata. 25 min from the airport. My driver Ranjun was great and drove me around to various appointments for the day. He was excellent."
