"At the arrival we couldn’t find any parking spot at the Hotel. So we had to drive around and wait until someone left and we were able to park the car to start the check in process. Staff is friendly! The room wasn’t spotless clean but it was ok for 2 nights however the beds were very small ( twin size) . All in all we enjoyed staying at Berkeley hotel in Richmond VA. Hope we’ll have the chance to come back again! "

"Finally got to stay at the Jefferson! I was not disappointed. I wish there a few more casual food options and the in-room pizza was barely edible, but in all, it’s a fantastic property."

"I stayed at this hotel before but it was many years ago. Not much has changed. It’s conveniently located to most things that you would want to do or see in Richmond. The only complaint that I had during this particular stay was that someone left their dog in the room unattended and it barked all evening during our first night. Apparently there were others that stayed in the same floor with the same complaint. The dog was obviously in distress and I’m certain that it probably clawed and damaged...

"No coffee shop (closed). Long walk to find a coffee shop. Room was too warm. Problems with my bill-visited front desk twice this morning and still no one has contacted me,"
