High end resort, staff very accommodating, always a different activity or event on during the evening

Secrets Tides was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The resort offers three pools, excellent drinks, and outstanding facilities and services throughout. We had a great week in Punta Cana and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the sea at the hotel was full of seaweed. The hotel staff are doing their best to clear it, but it does make the beach less ideal for swimming. The property is lovely and well maintained. We had a great room with its own pool. Most the restaurants were great. Our concierge Raul was great and nothing seemed too much trouble. Was disappointed about the hard sell for Palladium Travel Club which was frankly uncomfortable and wasted half a day.

Lovely relaxed stay. The site is safe, lots to do for all age ranges. Thank you

His organisation, professionalism and attention to detail made our entire stay effortless and completely stress-free. We never had to worry...

The location is good, the hotel is very clean and lit. The employees are wonderful and very helpful.

Quite location, and not so far from the center. It was a great stop before moving on to Samana. Both receptionists were helpful and lovely.

Absolutely fabulous!!!! ♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff facilities everything first class

We liked having the option to be very active or do absolutely nothing. One day we went kayaking and snorkeling. The next day we barely left the pool area. +Breakfast was included. +Restaurants were close. +That flexibility made the trip enjoyable.
