Hotel Riu Republica - Adults only - All Inclusive
Only one outlet in the room worked and the phone didn't work. Told the front desk and they didn't do anything about it. Pools were great and restaurants were average. Staff was mostly friendly but many didn't speak English.

Staff was friendly but not over joyful to greet you or always with a smile on their face. Sometimes it did seem like you were bothering them but, if you try with them their mood will pick up.
