Room was nice, service/staff were great and very friendly. They were very accommodating and made my stay feel nice. As far the actual resort, there is absolutely no casino. I do not know why they advertise themselves as a resort and casino, but there is not one on sight. So I felt tricked by that. ...

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive
The room needed some work. There were no face towels in the room when we arrived. But overall, the experience was excellent. There were a couple of servers that didn’t seem to attentive. Especially on the beach. But overall, a very good visit.
