"I read excellent reviews and details about Oxford Suites on Expedia that helped me to choose this hotel for our Portland vacation. Knowing that parking was included with our stay also helped with our decision to stay at this hotel. Oxford Suites went above and beyond any expectation I had and I have already started recommending this hotel to friends and family in case they plan a trip to Portland in the future! The staff was excellent and responded to my room service needs immediately. The receptionists were very welcoming and kind. Our room was very clean and we were fortunate to experience a newly renovated room in our Executive Suite! The shower and bathroom as a whole are beautiful and has all the shampoo, conditioner and body wash you need. I especially appreciate how their lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are all eco-friendly, as they are refillable containers. We especially liked the privacy feature of the French doors. The refrigerator was a large size that worked well with storing our leftovers and water bottles. The breakfast buffet was a delicious feast and the dining area was clean with dining tables distanced. The dining staff were so kind and very helpful! Oxford Suites is in a safe, quiet area, conveniently close to the freeway, downtown Portland, stores like Target nearby, and close to all places we had on our itinerary. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future! "
