If you like to valet your car then this place is great, but if not it is a little bit of a hassle especially after a long day. And for me the beds are way too soft. I tend to prefer a very firm bed

Great location for the convention center and the Moda center. The staff overall was great, and we would stay again.

I paid ahead for parking but was told to go park in a lot 3-4 blocks away. This caused me to spend another 45.00 on parking over 2 days. The fridge in the room was too tiny to fit a small pizza box. The staff told me to text for questions, I did this but nobody responded? Had to use the room phone. Overall not great.

Loved the staff everywhere! From the front desk to the Market Place staff to the bar and restaurant staff to the cleaners. Just wish the restaurant was opened for a viable lunch and dinner option because as of now it is just opened for a brunch which is very pricey !
