"The staff was so polite and very helpful! My daughter and myself were there alone and even at 10pm at night, we felt safe walking around the corner to an amazing yogurt spot! I especially enjoyed the fact that I just needed to text the valet parking and in 10 minutes when I went down, my car was there. Also in walking distance was EVERYTHING! Shopping, entertainment but we weren’t in the exact middle of everything, where there was too much moving going on! "

"Its a unique looking hotel and the lobby looks great and interesting. The room is also spacious and clean but the bathroom is really small. Staff are all friendly and ready to answer questions or offer suggestions. The location is also great as its at the heart of downtown portland. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely choose Hotel Lucia again."

"It is a very convenient place to visit Providence Park. The room and bed are clean and comfortable. There was a tiny refrigerator to keep drinks cool or warm. It makes up to ~ five water bottles slightly colder than without using it but cannot make the drinks cold. It was almost useless. "
