Room was very clean and looked great. I had a window towards the city which was great. Only thing was the AC not working properly. Room will not drop below 72 which made it hot inside. Possibly AC not working good. Other than that, everything was great. Brunch was good and definitely will stay there again .

Liked it was close to our venue but didn’t like how you had to pay so much for everything in the room and not having vending machines in the property was frustrating.

Right on the light rail so loud ear plugs are in the rooms. Staff was completely indifferent when we couldn't get the elevator to come. His reply was "it's old. Press the button harder a couple of times." Never left his position to help. Parking was 43.00. People smoking joints right outside of the building.

Nice hotel in downtown Portland. Surrounding area not the best for walking around especially at night but the property has a rooftop restaurant and bar that was great. Rooms were lovely.

It was wonderful! Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel for two days. It was comfortable and beautiful. Most the staff was so nice! One of the valet staff was short and rude with us but the other three we talked with were kind and very helpful! We went downtown to get pie after dinner, it was so close to all the shopping and restaurants. Will be staying again!

This was a great stay, the valet team was wonderful and so was the resturant. My only complaint was dealing with Ivan and room service. Ivan was terrible to me and rude. I sent an email through Expedia, and he responded to my complaint, making me feel the manager did not review it.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last few years and it’s always been a good experience. The place is nice and trendy and better than chain hotels but I can’t really say that’s the case anymore. The inside bathroom door handle fell off when I tried to close the door. The metal plate that the handle is mounted to is all loose and missing screws. I told the front desk about it and said it was fine for the night but the truth is that I was exhausted and didn’t want to deal with maintenance coming to the room or having to change rooms. The TV isn’t a smart tv so the only option is to watch cable but, the cable isn’t working so, you can’t see the channel guide. You have to flip though channels to see what’s on according to staff. I understand that many people watch stuff on their phones but I don’t and I think it’s very stupid that the in-room cable tv doesn’t work. If it was possible to watch Netflix or literally anything other than cable it wouldn’t be an issue but there’s no other option.
