"Room was clean. AC was nice. Staff were pretty chill. Pool was cold though and that sucked, because we wanted to swim :) But the 2yrs old, elderly lady and autistic brother I was traveling with couldn’t enjoy that temperature unfortunately. So there was no swimming for us! Very disappointed at that. Location was nice. Really disappointed with the hotel “restaurants” menu. Had a huge family lunch after church for our family reunion. Thinking the hotel would have a good selection when booking the hotel in advance, only to be disappointed and embarrassed that my family didn’t have a better choice of food. We could have gone somewhere else but oh well. Everyone was already there. And we are talking about nearly 25 people that showed. So it wasn’t like we can just go somewhere else, we kind of had to deal with it."

"The check in staff and front desk staff were quite helpful. Thank you for the upgrade! Thank you too for providing EV charging in the parking lot. Please note: overnight parking is $40 added to the cost of the amount paid through Hotels.com. There are few other parking options available. There is no in room coffee??? There is also no coffee in the lobby. The restaurant downstairs charges $10 for one cup of drip coffee to go? Almost no Vegan options in this restaurant. And the request for a late checkout time is $100 even though I checked in the night before at 11:00 pm? They automatically charge your card if you aren't out of there by 11:30 am? A lot to pay for staying for only 12 hours."

"I left and did not stay at this hotel because it seemed dirty, run-down, old, and unsafe. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. The room has a musty stench. It was so close to the freeway that I could hear all the traffic inside my room. It did not look nice from the outside. It should have been priced much lower."

"(1) Bathtub looked dirty. Was afraid to use before bed. Nice receptionist Betty said tub was scheduled for refinishing (sanding). (2) Receptionist Betty said Stains on carpet were due to cleaning fluid, would change in the coming weeks. (3) Two of the four pillows on my bed had pillowcases that felt like recycled plastic. (4) no charger plug outlets by bed. (5) Room stuffy, needed air."
