Staff are friendly, good amenities, rooms were ok looking. Common areas were clean and up kept. Beds and pillows are very hard & uncomfortable. What’s extremely disappointing is that you aren’t guaranteed a king when you book one, as my husband and I were left with queens instead. Property could only offer a discount for future stay for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t want to stay here again.

We transferred to this property, after booking another hotel that turned out to be disgusting. This La Quinta was quite, clean and the staff was so friendly. We had a great stay.

The receptionist is so bad ( poor customer service) the staff at the dining room so rude I never come back

The room was dpacioys. The pillows were lumpy snd uncomfortable. The bed was good though. One of the elevators was broken for my entire 5 night stay so there was a wait or you walked four flights of steps. Every room is pet friendly so if you have allergies look elsewhere. Carpeting in hall needed cleaned but carpeting in my room appeared new. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast offered many choices.

Stayed here during our trip to Magic Mountain. Hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the park which was very convenient. Buffet style breakfast served with a good variety of options that changed options that were available each day. Hotel is walking distance from several restaurants and fast food places. Staff was very nice and friendly and even though the hotel is pet friendly the building was clean and quite. Only minor gripes were that the room key card kept deactivating, the pillows on the bed were a little small, and the bed comfort was OK not great. Overall we had a very positive experience and would stay again.
