Decent hotel. Nice front desk staff and shuttle drivers. The grill/bartender was rude. We had only 1 towel in the bathroom for 3 people. Called to reserve airport shuttle and was told no reservations just go to front desk when ready. Go to front desk and told we have to wait 1/2 hour until ne t shuttle and that I should of called, lol. Other than that everything was great!

Problems booking in, they should ask for booking reference which would bring up the total amount of rooms reserved against that booking. Room still not ready to check-in a3pm. Was then given a different room. Some of the staff not all just seem rude.
