"My stay at the Sonesta hotel was really great. Can’t say anything negative about the place. One of the front desk lady let me use her. Charger when my phone was dying I forgot mines at home she was very nice sorry I can’t remember her name. and oh yeah Mr Perrier was also amazing I didn’t have a iron in my room he was very helpful."

"It was very quiet. The beds very comfortable, and I loved the pillows! Staff responded quickly when needed. They do have a broken elevator, would be nice if it was fixed. But there is one usable elevator. I had 3 problems which were repaired. Refridge only froze, didn't refridgerate. Kierug coffmaker was broken. And couldn't use my t.v. controller, but so eone came and rebooted the t.v. and it was fixed! Minor problems fixed quickly."
