The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the city, places to go, and recommendations. The desk was open 24 hours and was able to call a taxi for us who arrived within minutes. This location was perfect for our needs."

"The hotel restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was one of the front desk receptionists: curly, red-headed. He never made eye contact; nor did he ever smile. He does not belong in the hospitality business. I was a psychotherapist and I worked in the restaurant/hotel business for over 35 years. I know what I'm talking about. The rest of the staff were wonderful.

Muito longe de todos os pontos turísticos. Tem transporte público próximo, porém, passa por um trecho que não me fez sentir segurança. Tivemos que andar só de táxi (aprox 160,00 reais cada vez). Não voltaria apenas em razão da localização, que achei péssima. Gastamos mais com táxi/uber do que com a diária do hotel. "
