"Very pleased to find our room very spacious. I can't remember having a hotel room as large. Bed was mostly comfortable, but I like a firmer mattress than what they had. I still slept well. All personnel in the hotel and casino were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted no matter where we went. The only downside of staying here is a lack of breakfast offerings. Not uncommon for a casino hotel, but we had to go elsewhere to eat. I definitely would return. I will mention that I don't like having to pay a resort fee. I don't consider WiFi or internet to be thought of as part of the resort fees. Simply said, I won't stay at a hotel if it isn't available. Unfortunately, this "resort fee" is becoming common in all hotels and I don't consider them to be a resort. If you can't justify a resort fee, forget it. Just because you can tack it on doesn't mean you qualify as a resort."

"Room wasn't properly cleaned(if at all). 1. To start the room itself smelled like stale air and old cigarette smoke. 2. One of the ceiling tile over the jetted tube was either moved out place or too small. 3. The jetted tube was visibly dirty, so the relaxing soak was out of the question 4. Not enough towels 3. The walls were damaged, one spot looked like damage from years of rubbing and neglect. Another looked like a burn mark. 5. The couch looked disgusting. The arms are discolored from what looks like years of dirt and neglect. The cushions had some let's say white-ish drippings on them. 6. The bedding was stained and had hair on them. 7. While the front desk attendant was nice enough and he didn't give me any issues, but when I got the new bedding from him, he didn't give me pillowcases or a blanket. 8. The hinge door lock(I believe that the name of it) was also broke. 9. The ice machine didn't work, but that is posted at the front desk. We didn't have the breakfast. Oh, I almost forgot we had to walk around about 5 or 6 trash bags full of trash in-between the lobby and hallway... I know it was there for at least 30 mins. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I was taken aback by this place. "

"We had 2 rooms on our stay and we checked into one room early and the manager was super accomodating and helpful. A+ We had to play a hock aey game before being ble to check into our second room. When we came back to check in for that room a different lady "helped" us. Terrible experience very unfriendly and down right had a negative attitude"

"There were people drinking in the parking lot and we could hear them at about midnight I fell asleep some time after that. I woke up to two horn blast at 5:53am, like when someone is outside a house trying to get the attention of someone inside for picking them up. A few minutes past and it happened again, then a 3rd time. No more after that."
