"Staff were friendly and attentive to needs. The TV didn't work properly when we arrived. The Night Clerk couldn't fix it but provided a paper with suggestions to help. Still couldn't get the TV to work. In the morning, the Manager got right on the issue and had the maintenance crew resolve the issue ASAP. Very pleased with the efficiency of the staff. The hotel was clean and sufficient."

"We came to Burlington for my daughter's high school graduation and stayed at the Archer Hotel because of the proximity to The Bancroft. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were very accommodating, our room was beautiful. The hotel was decorated very tastefully. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on in a hotel! I would definitely recommend staying here."

"This hotel is wonderful. The staff was very friendly when I checked in. My room was pristine. I read some previous reviews complaining that the room was warm and air conditioning didn’t work. My room was surprisingly cold and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. I ate dinner both nights at the hotel. The food is wonderful! There is a nice outside eating area as well as several restaurants inside. I highly recommend this hotel."
