The Amethyst Hotel is in a perfect location close to everything you could need. Shops, restaurants, bars. With very help and friendly staff to give you advice and help book transport for you if you needed to travel further. The hotel is very well kept and very clean. The rooms are spacious and the decor is very modern. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone if you are looking for a central stay in Pattaya.

I was treated like Royalty from the moment I arrived. The hotel stands as one of the best I have ever lived in even better than Vegas, London, Barbados and Dubai. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are a credit to the company and could teach many on how to conduct yourself in hospitality!

A nice, warm and friendly place which is becoming more popular. Great rooms and staff are very helpful. The hotel is situated some distance from the main attractions but this should not put your off staying here, a free shuttle service runs at 1100 and 1700 to central festival . Although dining is restricted from around 8 am to 2 pm there are many local places to eat if you do not want to walk any real distance. Typically it costs about 100 baht on motorcycle taxi back to the hotel from walking...

A bit of a pain to get into the city, taxis cost B200 each way, so this needs to be factored in to the cost of your stay. Tha private beach is artificail with no access to the sea. The pools are fantastic as are the hotel grounds. Sea facing rooms well worth the extra. Very nice hotel.

We really recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options to choose from. The rooms were a little small for 3 people. The staff was great and pleasant

Booked at last minute and not planned to go to Pattaya, so no research before hand, could have chosen Hilton or Intercon but chose Royal Cliff on off chance. This is hotel is nothing like we expected, we stayed at the Cliff Grand, very high standard of service, great restaurant service, some dishes exceptional, Eggs Benedict etc, perfect. So instead of just being a once only experience we are planning a longer return trip to Thailand and will ensure we round it off with a few days here. The...

Overall our experience was great.
However, we would recommend for restaurant staffs to be more prepared on handling hotel guests especially it is a festive holiday. Further, if there is a high guest traffic, the breakfast service should consider to extend the time or advise guests at least ten minutes before breakfast service ends.
What had impressed us a lot is the spa and their service. Great promotion deal, marvelous massage techniques and friendly service. We would go back again for...
