"This hotel staff took care of us when we arrived extremely late at night after crawling 30 miles through the middle of nowhere in our broken rental car. They gave us oatmeal because we hadn’t eaten dinner and the next day they gave us an extremely late checkout while we waited for a tow truck and our third rental car. It turned a nightmare trip into an easier time for my family, and I will always appreciate that. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast options were great, the coffee options were great, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, I don’t have anything bad to say about our stay!! Their pet fee was only $15 which is the lowest I’ve ever seen and their front desk staff was extremely friendly. They prepared our room for us before we arrived and my stress melted away. Thank you!"

"The cabin was super cozy, clean, quiet, the lake view was GORGEOUS! The pool table room was amazing! The couches were comfortable and the beds were comfortable and cozy. Definitely recommend and will be coming back! It was far enough way from all the hustle and bustle of the crowded pigeon forge area and the Gatlinburg areas!"
