Beds were most comfortable. Breakfast room could use improvement. Garbage from previous breakfast was not emptied. "Hot" water was tepid. I'm a tea drinker so used the microwave to heat water to a better temp for tea. Glad yogurt was available. Morning staff was not available. We caught a glimpse of one staff worker, but she didn't reappear. (This was 6 a.m.)

There had been no water since Monday and we had no idea when we checked in Friday. Once I took a cold shower, we checked out and went elsewhere. But the staff was so kind and so helpful! Maria was absolutely amazing at the front desk. If they get the water fixed, we will stay there in the future.

They had no hot water. So we never got any showers.The breakfast bar was out of everything no one ever come and refilled stuff. We never seen the person that took care of the breakfast. It was not a good stay. The bedsheets were clean.

Positive things: room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast food was good and a nice selection. Disappointed things: No Hot tub as posted. The indoor pool is heated and has an area that blows bubbles. Kids are jumping and splashing in the pool which is fine, but it’s hard to relax in the “spa pool”. Wanted a Hot Tub to relax in. Also room was very loud, road noise was present and didn’t slow down at night. Room had black out curtains but was still bright as day. Lots of lights in the parking lot and kept the whole room lit up. Booked the room bc it was pet friendly and had a hot tub. Great with pets but probably won’t be back.
