Excellent place to stay, staff were friendly, pool was open 24/7. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would have liked different would be if cutlery and plates/bowls were provided. We went to the Albertsons, two minutes away, and bought some so it wasn't the end of the world. Am definitely planning on returning as they clearly care about the clientele.

The room was clean and the grounds and pool were also. Staff were very good indeed. The Breakfast was a full cooked breakfast and cereals etc, and the staff were excellent. The restaurant was spotless. The only thing that could do with some attention is the lack of silly things like the bath tap coming out of the wall was loose and the shower wasn’t the best . Hard to beat this Hotel

Friendly staff, let us check in earlier which was a bonus. Room was nice and ours was located close to the pool and ground floor. Bonus having a heated pool and happy hour in Tiki bar.

Starting with the lovely Mrs. Kim, who greeted me at the hotel with a smile and, considering my request for a quiet room, met my expectations exactly. The ever-smiling Caleb and the cheerful Amber were always ready to help and ensured coffee was always available. Finally, the manager, Juan, was the right person for the job. This man seems to never sleep because he's always available and always on hand. There's probably nothing he can't handle. Bravo, it's a shame you can't find such a team...

Nice stay, friendly staff and the room was comfortable although needs updating. Pool area quiet however bins not emptied during our stay. Perfect for someone on a budget who’s looking for basic clean accommodation. Several restaurants within walking distance however they close at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. We loved the resident cat Monroe who came to say hello from time to time. Overall, a perfect stay for anyone passing thru Palm Springs.

This is a classic American motel. It was an absolute bargain and exactly what we needed for an overweight stop. A clean and convenient place to sleep and shower, with shops and restaurants close by for dinner and breakfast. There was also a little kitchenette and coffee provided in the room which was a welcome change after Vegas, where you get nothing for free!
