"The bathtub caulking was disgusting and mildew. The shower had no shampoo and no lotion in the lotion bottle. I am completely shocked that you discover this mid shower. I was able to text from front desk attendant and was able to get lotion and shampoo after 20 minutes but by then I was done with my shower. The room as stinky when you walked in with a musty smell. The couch in the front room had a big stain on it. For the money I would spend my money elsewhere as there were hotels across the street. Nice to have complimentary happy hour and omelette for breakfast was nice. The pool was nice but often there were no towels available. Just overall not impressed for the money I spent. Would NOT stay here again. Very dated and they aren’t maintaining the rooms."

"Alberto at the front desk was amazing made the stay feel more special by being accommodating and welcoming! Happy hour drinks were a fun addition. The property was nice and relaxing the rooms could use a better renovation but still comfortable and clean Pool and hot tub were nice, was quiet when we stayed so felt like we had the place to ourselves The breakfast, like other reviews, isn’t really a breakfast it’s just yogurt and some muffins but still added to the overall experience Location is great very close to the main shopping area Not your average hotel but if you’re looking for a unique dessert vibe and quiet stay this is the place! We would stay again. "

"Rooms are very spacious, there are plenty of activities for adults and kids; however, we booked it thinking it is a Marriott resort; it turned out it is a timeshared property; which is a bit disappointing given how much we paid per night!"
