Very good, clean, good location.

Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip

I would like to recommend this lovely hotel and say that there is definitely my favourite in London. I spent one night when coming to London to visit Art Galleries. Location is just perfect 8/10 minutes walking from PaddingtonTrain Station in a street with very lovely properties and another 5/10 min walking to Hyde Park. I was lucky to be upgraded on arrival and was given a room with a super comfortable 4 poster bed, complimentary expresso machine , water, tea , cookies and macaroons! Lovely...

My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. The hotel is located in close to Edgware Road station hence has easy access to pretty much anywhere on the tube. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and the facilities were amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Got a very good price for the hotel. Bus and trains about 5 min walk or less. Hotel was very clean but you can hear upstairs or downstairs closing their bathroom door closed but that was first day. 11am check out time quite early I thought usual check out time in hotels I’ve been has been 12. Called down and they agreed on 11.30. Staff was amazing no fault at all for this hotel.

I thought the property was excellent! Nicely designed, spacious, clean. Living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom made us feel very at home. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home even more. Always asked us if we needed anything and greeted us with smiles! So to all the staff we send you a very special thank you, for making our stay an extremely pleasant and enjoyable one.

Newly renovated, nicely furnished and well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, crisp white sheets, I have a small room with some outside noise room 216, but it was comfortable and ideal for a one night stay. Would prefer a larger room for any longer stay. Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, breakfast was good and timely, hot buffet needs to serve selection of eggs rather than standard scrambled which never hits the spot! Great spot for attending Hyde Park events, lovely hotel and great service

A very accessible and comfortable place to stay on London. An unmanned apartment block but the arrangements with the management were clear and comprehensive. A short walk from both Edgware tube and Paddington railway stations, so good place to stay for all types of visitors with a small park outside the front door. The accommodation appeared new and was both clean, comfortable with your own kitchen. Would certainly stay there again.
