Great hotel but must it all be so dark?!

Well positioned from the Subway for to/from JFK and rest of Manhattan. Helpful, friendly staff who make you feel both welcome and a bit special.

Stones throw from Times Sq so perfect for a four day theatre visit. Had a 44th floor Deluxe King room, facing south, with a partial view of Times Sq. Huge windows made it bright all day, but there are effective blackout blinds at night and there’s virtually no noise. Pretty spacious for one, spotlessly clean, and the fridge for supplies rather than annoying mini bar gets a thumbs up from me. Great location, friendly staff, nice and tidy rooms… will stay again

Ideal location for exploring the city. Hotel had everything we needed. Trip was with adult daughter & the three of us had enough space in the room. I researched a lot of hotels & for the location this made economic sense & had all the facilities we wanted. Didn’t eat or drink there but no need as so many options close by. Close to subway to get around the city & Times Square was 15 min walk away. Could do with some modernising but that’s being picky. Would recommend

Helpful friendly staff - great location

The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

From the moment you check in

Can't fault the hotel, room was lovely! Breakfast was great too. I didn't realise it was in the middle of Time Square! oops! Quite busy outside... Happily stay again, I was over for a work trip.

Amazing location. Super stylish and relaxed hotel. Great breakfast available. Lovely rooftop bar. Absolutely perfect for our stay on Manhattan. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Comfortable beds!

I had a really great stay here. From the moment we entered and received a warm and friendly welcome from Chris who was incredible throughout to the day of departure. It was amazing that Chris actually remembered our names because the hotel was full and also had celebrity guests (due to the US Open). Room was a decent size, very roomy for New York and regularly cleaned. Some previous guests have complained about the cost of eating at the hotel - it is expensive but certainly not extortionate...

All guys on reception was very helpful and friendly. Perfect location, nice rooms with amazing view.
