"We had a great stay at the BW. Easy walk to Disneyland entrance. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options. Will definitely stay here in the future."

"The property is due for an upgrade. The beds were lumpy and the flooring was in need of replacing or repair. Some of the vinyl plank was coming up and some was worn. The TV was a pain to use. Perhaps an external HDMI would be helpful like some of the Hilton Group hotels use in their rooms. The breakfast was adequate, the space noisy and crowed. The folks working in the breakfast room were great, but they were too busy with the shear number of folks using the space. Additionally, the hot water supply is unable to keep up with the morning rush to Disney. When I showered at 5:30AM it was great, by 7AM it was tepid at best. I think charging for parking and for breakfast is unfortunate, but probably necessary with a location so close to Disney. Good location that could do with some investing in upgrades and a little more TLC."

"The Hilton Anaheim is a great hotel and great location for Disneyland theme park. I would definitely recommend it. The rooms were nice. The only downside was, that there was gum stuck to the carpet floor. Food: The Poppys Restaurant had great service and food was delicious. We did notice there was a food court inside the hotel but only the Pizza place was open at the time of our stay. Amenities: The pool area was perfect my kids enjoyed it and was very relaxing. "

"Property convenient to Disney and that’s why I initially picked it and its affordability compared to other properties of similar distance. It was nice enough for the amount of time we spent there, but walls seemed thin as we could hear the shower and the toilet flush from the room above us. Our air conditioner did not work the first night we were there, so we didn’t sleep very well, but we let staff know and it was fixed by the time we came back that evening. For what we needed, it was fine, but I’ve definitely stayed at better properties in the area."

"The room wasnt clean. They never came and cleaned it one time the 5 days we were there. We had to find someone to ask for towels. Shower was terrible poor water pressure and took like 20 min to get warm. Hot tub wasnt even hot and pool was yucky and my daughter and grandaughter had a reaction after the using the pool and showered right after getting out. The lady at the front desk was very rude on several occasions."
