"The check in was easy and the staff were lovely. They have complementary coffee every morning. Only thing is we were on the ground floor and we were woken up every morning by the room above us walking around as the ceilings were very thin. Great for access to the parks!"

"A great hotel for a big island stay. Rooms we're clean and the staff was great about house keeping etc. The veiw was absolutely amazing (I guess you'd need a ocean side room). Luau's are offered, and are totally worth the price. There's two pool areas, one is a standard pool with ocean side views (and drinks!). The other is more of a ocean tide pool (lots of fish and critters!). One of the best vacations I've had and this place made it all the better. "

"The only thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to Disneyland. Rooms are worn and the bathroom was dirty. The prior guests soap was still in the shower and there was a fake eyelash stuck to the bathroom counter. Thermostat was set at 64 degrees and could not be adjusted. Spent the night frozen! If you are going to pay these prices, choose a different property."

"This is the first time weve stayed at this hotel. Weve stayed at many other hotels near disneyland and this is one of the best. Clean rooms, plenty of food options near by, and you cant beat the walk. Took about 10 minutes from our room to security. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors but its nothing crazy The only thing i would change is wall mounted bottles in the shower. The tiny bottles of soap need to go. We definitely will be back!"
