"During our stay, the toilet in the room was not working and out of order. We noticed it at 2am when we had to use. We were then offered another room with a down grade from a king size bed to a two full size? Which me and my husband did not want to sleep on separate beds. It was very inconvenient having to move rooms at 2am from the second floor to the ninth floor. We did end up getting a king size bed, however the experience to having to change rooms was extremely inconvenient!!"

"The street noise was so loud, sirens and cars were constantly blaring all through the night. I tried to keep the air running to muffle the noise but it frequently shut off. I had asked at check-in if I could get a room furthest away from the street but she was unable to accommodate me with that. I had stayed here once before and had the same problem. I did not sleep well and felt very unrested after a very disruptive night of street noise. Beautiful hotel but I won’t be staying here again knowing I can’t get a restful night of sleep."

"First stay at this hotel for a family trip to Disney. Pros 1) Staff was helpful 2) Hotel was generally clean considering the number of guests and demographic 3) Kids loved the waterslides and pool area Cons 1) Our room was directly below the laundry, zero sleep the first night before a full day at Disneyland. Had to change rooms the following morning. 2) Housekeeping no showed, had to request turn down from the front desk. Housekeeping only changed towels, no other clean up tasks performed."

"Had a shuttle bus that took me to Disneyland that was great. Beautiful room. One funny thing was me trying to pull down the curtains just to find out it was automatic 😅. The front desk had text me once I settled in to make sure everything was to my liking. Great job and thank you."
