"My stays at the Majestic have been great. Very close to all the staff I have encountered have been helpful and tremendously pleasant. Love the shuttle to the park, love the decorations they have up throughout the hotel for holiday and events. The store off the lobby is so convenient if you forgot something or want to grab something small to eat or a full meal hot or cold its there alomg with a multitude of snacks to choose from. I just love it. "

"I would not stay here again. Was expecting more for the price but it felt like a low rated motel. At check in we asked for a crib and was told they would send a pack n play to our room which never came. The bed cover had a big stain on it and we called to get a clean one, they came with a cover which felt rough. We didn’t end up using it. In the evening there was so much noise coming from the parking lot, there was a security in the parking but the traffic and noise was not controlled, it was hard to sleep. Overall it was not a comfortable stay."

"Great and comfortable hotel. Not a far walk from Disneyland but a shuttle is available for anyone who didn’t want to walk. I took away one star because we asked for a pac n play in our room and were told at check-in that it was already in our room. When we got to our room there was no pac n play sadly. It was so late and we had just drove 9 hours so we didn’t bother bringing it up to the front desk. Thankfully we brought our own (we just were waiting on a family member to bring a piece we forgot to pack the next day- which is why we wanted one from the hotel) but we made due the first night by having my 19 month old sleep in one of the beds with me. Otherwise it was a great stay. "
