"There used to be a store at this location that we always got Disney’s type stuff out. It’s no longer there and my children were very sad. The replacement that the Motel 6 put in just doesn’t cut it. Also, the room next to us had two dogs that did nothing but bark 24 seven it didn’t matter what time we came back from Disneyland or what time we left they parked and the hotel staff tried to get a hold of the people that were the owners of the dogs bet they had no luck so yeah, the hotel might want to rethink about pets in the rooms or sectioning them off in one location rather than throughout the whole facility"

"This was the absolute loudest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The HVAC unit sounded like a dump truck driving thru a nitroglycerin factory. I have never heard an A/C unit that loud, and it never, ever stopped making noise. But wait, it gets even better, because the ice machine down the hallway sounded like a space shuttle taking off. Just unreal. And the shower - there was literally zero water pressure. At all. The water just sort of fell out of the shower head and that's all you got. The location is semi-convenient for walking to Disneyland, but wow this place was a dump. 0/10, never again. "

"Great hotel. My family stays here every time that we visit Knotts. It’s a short walk to the park. Be aware the hotel will charge you for the first nights stay a few days prior to your arrival and parking is $20 per night if you don’t book direct. Customer service is excellent and the entire building is very clean. Room service is great. "

"The only perk is the shuttle. The bathroom was terribly in need of some renovations. I understand the hotel has high traffic, but my goodness, patch work jobs at those prices, we will not stay here again. "
