"Good selection of breakfast items. Room was in good condition. It was quiet. The only compliant was the pull out couch for my daughter had loud squeaky springs. So we heard every time she turned in her sleep. Other than that, it was a great stay. "

"The door to my room was slightly adjar from the hinges at the bottom and the top even where the door knob aligns w frame was somewhat gutted. Stressful knowing if it coukd be forced open looks like it was tried. It was uncomfortable. They offered moving me to another room but i wanted a parking spot where i could see my car from room. It was always less transient . Please fix that door. We just took our valueables the car daily. The shower leaked water so floor was wet had to line floor w towels. Shower floor was not very well maintained cracks and spots. Floor had marks that just was a bad look. No fridge or microwave. The manager offer a discount but never saw it. "

"They do not allow check out past 12 noon and even that is hard to get. Even if you pay them for a late check out they will not accept it. The hotel was not full it was a Monday, I’m not sure why they have this inconvenient rule about late checkout. They said if past 12 noon they would charge for another night. The room also didn’t have a microwave. Sodas are $4.50 each in the vending machine. We go street-side so that was not very quiet either. Nice place if you get the ocean view side and are fine checking out at 11 am. "

"I booked a suite 12 days in advance but when I checked in, they told me the suites we're booked. I paid for a suite and was not given a suite."

"Stayed in room 306 perfect visibility to the ocean. Enjoyed listening to the ocean waves at night and watching sunrise on the patio with dolphins jumping close to shore. This is the absolute perfect bed and breakfast. The hospitality of homemade “pancakes” pastry juice and coffee every morning is comforting. I will be back to sunset beach soon. Peaceful at night. Quiet in the mornings to regain your zen and peace of mind. Thank you again OCEAN SURF INN I truly love your place and the Misses for her yummy breakfast. 💕💕"

"I was there 1 week. I just got Xtra towels but did not request room service My problem was all the smoke from smokers. It makes its way in the rooms and a lot of smokers outside. The property is run down in need of renovation. The staff is kind and helpful. "
