Booked a suite with Jacuzzi on Expedia. Reserve the room and paid on site. When we arrived at the property we were given a standard room. I had booked a suite with a Jacuzzi tub. Went to the front desk and they said Expedia made the mistake but I had all the proof and the hotel ended up giving me the room I had booked. I just arrived back from my vacation and the hotel billed me for the new room with the Jacuzzi and they billed my credit card for my Expedia reservation and said I was a no-show. I’m trying to work it out with the hotel, my credit card and Expedia. !

There is no security on the front door, anyone can walk in from the street. The street side rooms are right on a loud, busy street. The privacy curtains on the sliding door were missing, there were only blackout curtains. There is no access to the harbor side from the hotel. I would not stay here again.
