I liked that they kept somebody at the front desk at all times, they had security, elegant & quiet, and overall great customer service.

The room on day one smelled like a dog or like cat urine. They said they had no suitable room alternative. I bought products and sprayed every few hours through the night. For day two, I was given a nice king bed room by Juan. I was very pleased with that room. I was told I will not earn my points for te stay because I booked through Expedia. Also, I was not allowed to use my points to check in early (I had been up for 36 hours). I am going to try to find a different chain that gives points; I have LOVED Hampton Inn in the past.

The room assigned was in front of the elevator, other guests exiting or entering the elevator were noisy and could be heard in the room at all hours. The hotel location was also noisy due to vehicle traffic from the highway and highway entrance and exit.
