Right next to Disneyland! And we were able to check-in in advanced; upon arrival at the front desk we just had to present our credit card and ID before we were issued with our card key. Entire interaction was under 5 minutes and staff was courteous/polite.

We enjoyed our stay here, easy access to Disneyland, good property amenities and housekeeping. However, our room smoke alarm went off late at night on two serrated days due to the steam from the shower (we had teenagers). Not thrilled with the sliding bathroom doors either.

I requested 2 queen beds at booking. When we got to the room I noticed the beds weren't queen they were full size beds. I went to the front desk to let them know the beds were full size not queen size beds. I was told that hotel queen beds are smaller than a regular queen. I have never heard of such a thing. So I asked does that mean a full size is a twin and all I got was a smile. Two adults would not be comfortable in these beds.

The staff weren't exactly the friendliest, I stayed there for almost a week and they wouldn't give me the option of a late check out. They also forgot to pick up a breakfast request I made by hanging the order on the outside of my door. They are also pretty cheap - they charge you for "good" wifi almost 20$ per day- which by the way, does not stretch to the conference area... so it's not worth it. There's no restaurant wifi either so it's kind of confusing to have conferences there when wifi is not offered. They also charge a high fee for parking which is to be expected. But come on, the Wifi!?! The property is fine, but the rooms don't have many hooks to hang anything on in the bathrooms and if you look in corners there are some old dirty spaces that just need updating. Not my fav stay overall, especially since the staff weren't super kind.
