"Found pills on the floor, got moved to a new room. New room had mold behind the mirrors and bed frame. The towels smelled like they’ve been sitting in a musty room for a long time. It’s a very cute hotel in photos but maybe it was just my experience that was awful. "

"Beds were a bit hard , sleeping ok , found ants don’t know if that was normal for that area , only great part about it location was great everything 15 minutes away and it was in a safe area "

"Horrific place. Not clean, gaping holes in the walls, front door did not fit allowing wind and the possibility of small rodents to enter, worn furniture, baseboards dirty. I want my money back!"

"Elevator was broken, had to walk around to the stairs, not fun when you come in from all day at Disney tired. They have breakfast but it over at 9 AM they didnt tell us check in the times, so we missed it. Room is nice, TV could be bigger in my opinion. Nice area, very quiet, sort of warehouses around you, so no homeless or sirens. As always, the AC a little loud but that is at every hotel. Not bad place to spend the night. "

"We stayed for a hockey game. The property was walking distance from the Honda center which was a huge plus, however the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. There was spider webs all over the room and bathroom. Stains a burns marring the carpet as well as rust in and around the tub drain and faucet. The amount of dust the has compiled on the door jams and windowsills was immense. The room was lacking bath towels and the hot water did not work in the shower. It was quite hard to feel comfortable in this space. The employees were super nice and very helpful. That being said we will be looking for other accommodations the next time we come for a game. "

"Although the staff appeared friendly enough, this hotel was perhaps the worst location I stayed at in the last 20 years of traveling the United States. From the obnoxiously loud permanent residence above me to the halfhearted repairs of the bathroom to the complete inconvenience as the room itself I will definitely never return to this location. I’d rather sleep in a campground. In fact, I slept with my clothes on and did not run the AC for fear of disease/pests. These folks need to do some serious thinking about what they actually offer. "
