"Clean rooms great location friendly staff.
Access to vehicle was a hassle going down two different elevators to get to basement.
Room service was a little slow, sometimes had to call several times to get questions answered. I would definitely stay here but recommend staff to have more efficient service even if the service is great!"

"The hotel offers good value for the price and its location is good as you can walk to Old Dubai, which is great. The rooms are spacious, though they could be better maintained (mainly bathroom). Breakfast had options, but the quality wasn’t the best and not really to my taste. Overall, it’s a decent stay, but fairly average."
