Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . The room was spacious and everything was bright and clean. The safe was large enough for a 15" laptop and the bed was comfy.
The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they moved us to a new room as our aircon wasn't working properly.
We used the hotel driver for two days out and he was fantastic, making sure we saw the sights of Delhi and helped us build our itinerary as we went, as we only had a rough idea of places to go to. He also made sure we had no issues getting entry into the...

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable.

Bit far from anything but probably the best value hotel in Delhi. Food in three restaurants is excellent. Can get a little noisy as weddings are held in surrounding facilities. As a reward, you can see several Indian wedding ceremonies from the height of your room or walk along the road and see up to fife weddings simultaneously. Good chance you get invited. Very well maintained property with tempered pool and all facilities one could wish for.

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in march.it is 5 star with great location and welcoming staff.very central location and near Nehru Metro station .nearby shops and in the mall food court. we were in executive room on the fifth floor which allowed us free breakfast,free wi fi in the room,free news paper and all day beverges and soft drink with sandwiches and cakes etc also from 18.30-20.30 free alchoholic drinks and hot nibbles.a great experiance
