There is also an awesome bakery (Die Güte) in the metro station close to exit 8. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room spacious and clean. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a delight. Mostly western food with mixture of pastries. My little girl enjoys the food. Location is near a subway station. Suitable for strollers. It is just opposite a market and nearby there are a lot of dinjng options available. Walkable to Namba. The only downside is the carpet cleaning which seems to be a little dirty even after we requested to clean it. Room is quite decent and the toilet is a bit small."

"Great Hotel. All Staff ..front desk, parking attendent, shuttle bus driver, were absolutely the best as always. Parking easy and convenient. Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "
