However when requesting a taxi to take us back to the train station it took longer than expected and we missed our train departure. "My stay was surprisingly pleasant. The hotel is about 5 mins walk from Nara Station where there is an Aeon supermarket and at walkable distance to tourist attractions. The property is a little older but the room was much bigger, cleaner and brighter than other properties with the same grade. The room I stayed at has a queen size bed and a sofa, hardwood floor (instead of carpet), and updated lighting. It was good value for money spent."
