"Stayed at two different Apa hotels. Wife like this one better. Has a 7 11 inside the building on the 4th floor. It was our go to spot before journeying throughout the day. It also has a smoking area if your into that. They have money exchanger inside if u have foreign currency. The only thing about it the room is it is small. But I guess that’s normal size in Japan. Good enough for two people and some neat arrangements of the luggage. They also have space to slide some large suitcases underneath the bed. About 8 min walk to Namba station. About 10 to 15 min to dotonbori. Staff was good. "

"Perfect location and beautiful room. We were walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing and worth adding. The staff was great and we loved the gym. The restaurants and bars had gorgeous views. I would stay here again. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the hot tub was a part of the spa and required a purchase of the spa package to utilize so we didn’t get to put our bathing suits to use. But I probably read the site wrong that’s my fault."

"Comfortable and clean room, good location in the middle of Umeda. May be difficult for some people to find in the complex Umeda area. Excellent dining and shopping options available in the 8 floors below the hotel (lobby is on the 9th floor). Highly recommend. "

"Great location, short walk to Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashi shopping area. Grocery store located right under the hotel as well as access to the metro. "

"The room was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond the expectations. Specifically Mr. Iwasawa. I went to him with questions about possibly getting Hanshin Tigers tickets and since it was tough for foreigners to do online he ended up walking me to a store about 10 min away and helping me buy the tickets in person instead. Explaining everything I needed to know and patiently allowing me to choose everything I wanted. He was extremely helpful and patient. Very thankful for him as I had a great time at the game!"

"APA hotels are always clean. I have never had an issue. And the staff is always extremely professional and friendly! This particular APA is very close to to so many places in Osaka and super convenient metro stations close by. Highly recommend."
