"Clean room and friendly staff"

"We arrived at night and it was hard to find the condo and parking. Signage unclear. No shampoo, lotion, or any basic amenities. When I booked for 1 night, I thought this was a hotel but it is a condo facility renting units. FYI. I liked the full kitchen and they have some items for purchase in the office. It’s clean and comfortable. I would stay here again when we are visiting the area. I didn’t get a chance to use the pools, bikes, barbecue, tennis courts. Really nice facilities overall."

"Westin was awesome. Clean rooms, updated bathroom, and the grounds were beautiful. Perfectly manicured landscaping. Staff responded to every request promptly. Only a request for a late check out could not be accepted due to sold out status."

"Carpet was old and run down. Towels were old and didn’t feel clean. I didn’t feel comfortable walking without shoes inside nor taking a shower "

"Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we couldn't watch the matches at the hotel, gym is woefully inadequate and small, and pool staff are poorly trained. Our food order took 40 min while other guests who ordered their food after us got served. We cancelled the order but the bill read "comped" food, how deceptive! Really wanted to like this place but won't be staying here again."

"The room wasn’t perfect, found empty water bottle behind curtains. Window left open when I wondered why a bug was on the wall. Curtains needed washing-pretty gross. Dishwasher leaked water all over the floor. The view was fantastic from the property and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, but some improvements in the upkeep are needed."
