"Curtains in the room were dirty had food on them. Overall the rooms just seemed run down. The sliding door barely opened and the chairs were falling apart. The property itself is nice as frequent Westin/marriot guests this room needed some work. Everything was clean, but run down."

"The exterior are kinda okay, a little dated but the condo unit I stayed are spacious and well equipped. Mid size fridge, water pitcher, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, soap, cup/glass, Coffeemaker, toaster oven, supplies, water pot.etc. There are laundry washer dryer in the hall, Ice maker, hair dryer, vanity mirror with seat cubicle,etc. However, I was surprised having little pressured about a timeshare/condo presentation (they are trying to book an appointment) when I am pressed for time as attending an event. It may be for some people but not for me."

"Poolside was awesome. I broke a lamp in the room and staff was AMAZING (made sure I didn't feel bad). Staff at front desk for check-in were AWESOME!"

"The pool area was very dingy and the chairs/ tanning beds were mostly beat up and broken. Would not recommend this place for a vacation spot, only if you need a quick place to stay."

"We had a fantastic 6 night stay at The Saguaro over a festival weekend.The staff—from the front desk to the bar and housekeeping—were consistently amazing, friendly, and helpful. The pool area was a definite highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed the on-site dining. The rooms are a generous size and easily accommodated our group of three adults without feeling cramped. Highly recommend for a fun Palm Springs getaway!"

"The shower had hair in it. There was dust everywhere. It’s a little rundown, but the staff was exceptionally nice. There was no food being served at the pool so that was kind of a bummer but for the price it was an accurate description of what you get."

"Room was not ready even at 4.30 pm. They gave me the wrong room number. TV remote control did not work. There was no shampoo. Garage was too small. Other than that, it was nice."
