"What we liked: The hotel is in the trendy Wharf district, within walking distance (about 1 mile) of the National Mall. We had a great view out our window of the Potomac, complete with yachts and twinkling lights. There were plenty of restaurants only steps away and multiple transportation options. "Hotel looked new. Everything works and no touch ups were found. I rated staff 4 stars because when I checked in the receptionist did not even acknowledged me. But the next day when i checked out a diffirent receptionist was ok"

"There was a black out in the area during our stay. The hotel staff did their best to fix the situation so the elevators were back up and running. They served free coffee and donuts. They couldn’t have been nicer. The situation was out of their control and it was Easter Sunday. I would stay here again,"
