"Horrible service, rooms are beyond small. I thought it would be good since it’s new and by Riu but I was so wrong. Overpriced, room service is delayed and staff lies to your face. Don’t go here and waste money. Terrible "

"Clean room,no hair dryer,housekeeping staff were great aked for extra pillows & blanket and we had them in less than 10minutes. All staff extremely helpful and courteous. Only issue was with getting time at the kids pool..to be fair it was March break. We arrived for check in at 3-330pm and were told we had to register for a swim time but didnt understand how urgent it would be, by the time we got thdir all the times were taken for the day..we were only there for one night so we had a very upset child..fortunately someone can elled and we were able to swim We felt this should be made clear before booking.its first come first serve "

"Your Radisson has been a staple hotel for me when traveling to Toronto for more than 15 years. Perfect location to get out and see downtown Toronto easily and the Amsterdam House is a great spot! Cheers "

"Useful but distant airport hotel, very new. Odd problems - not sure how wheelchairs get up the curb, for example. We hardly had any experience of it because we arrived late and left very early, but it was comfortable. "

"Everything was clean and reasonably well-maintained. The pool area was cooler than it should have been, as a gap let cold air in from outside. Also, the saunas were not working. It was also curious that a Wi-Fi password was not provided - not a big problem as I could use my phone's hotspot, but something I haven't run into for a long time. Given the price of the room I expected better."
